About Me
Started in the fitness industry in 2010 as a Receptionist for Fitness First Pennant Hills. As I was completing the HSC I decided that I was going to do my Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. I progressed onto Floor Staff before moving to the Central Coast as a Personal Trainer.
If you name a popular gym, I've probably worked for them. Virgin Active, Anytime, F45, Vision Personal Training and some small gyms such as OCRS (Obstacle Course Racing School).
My passion growing up was Football and have always kept active, which has led me to have the opportunity to start my own place with the hopes of inspiring and motivating others.
