Our Classes

The Training House offers a weekly schedule of 15 classes! Whether you want to dial up the intensity building strength or becoming a conditioning machine, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you.

Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.

The classes are programmed in 4 and 6 week phases that are separated by a 2 weeks Maintenance Phase to allow the body to wind down and prepare for the next phase.
