What if I've never trained before?

That's okay! we can modify the set class to an extent, best thing to do would be to come and have a chat outside of class hours to see if these classes are for you!

Do you offer a trial membership?

Yes we do, we offer a weeks Trial!

Download "Glofox" on your mobile device - the find The Training House - go to Memberships and select "I NEED A TRIAL TO SEE WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT!". Then book in!

Do you have contracts?

No Contracts here!

Our belief in our programming is focused on progression, and growth. We don't want to lock you in, we want the processes here to do the talking! All we have is a two-week cancellation!
